Born and raised in Port Deposit, MD, Arcadia Caldwell brings 14 years of experience in insurance and restoration to her position as Project Manager/Estimator. Her credentials include MHIC and insurance licenses, and certification in water, mold and applied structural drying.
Her favorite project was helping a customer who was sad and confused by the damage to her home and the repairs necessary. By the end of the rebuild, the customer was happy and grateful. Helping her was a very satisfying experience.
One of Arcadia’s passions is live music. She also enjoys crafts, macrame, knotwork, gardening and camping. She has visited Puerto Rico and hopes one day to see the sunrise from the tallest peak in Maine’s Acadia National Park: the first place to see sunrise in the continental United States.
Originally from Richmond, VA, Rob Schini lives in Forest Hill, MD. He brings more than 17 years of experience, plus IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, SMT) and a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Rob’s is most proud of remodeling a fire-damaged home so that the couple who had lived there for 52 years could return to it, and creating a wall of windows for an Annapolis home, offering a stunning view of the Chesapeake Bay.
Rob enjoys golf and auto racing. His favorite places to travel include New England in the autumn, especially Newport, RI. He hopes one day to visit Italy.
A resident of Pasadena, MD, David has more than 20 years’ experience in insurance restoration and construction. His credentials include a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury State University. David is IICRC-certified in WTR, AMR and FSR; an AMA-certified asbestos inspector; a lead renovator and a Public Adjuster for the state of Maryland.
David takes particular pride in working on remodels, rebuilds and restoration projects. He finds satisfaction in helping homeowners through the rebuilding period and earning their satisfaction with the finished job.
David enjoys golf, coaching and watching his daughters’ sports teams and dining at good restaurants. He hopes that one day, he’ll be able to golf at Augusta National.
A lifelong resident of Crofton, MD, Kevin brings a wide range of experience to Strong Wall, including estimating, home remodeling and aircraft maintenance.
Kevin’s credentials include a bachelor’s degree in business administration and his service as an NCO in the U.S. Marine Corps. His favorite projects are those that require a mix of restoration, customization and improvements, and he prides himself on delivering results above and beyond the expected.
Kevin enjoys fishing, boating, woodworking and working on classic cars. He has visited Copenhagen, Denmark, and hopes one day to take a European river cruise.
A resident of Middle River, MD, Jessica has extensive knowledge of roofing and impressive credentials, including WTR certification, an MHIC license and Applied Structural Drying certification.
Jessica’s favorite projects include working with a retired Baltimore Ravens player whose home suffered severe damage from a broken water heater. She is also proud to have joined with other trusted construction industry partners to help fight food insecurity.
Jessica enjoys bass fishing, camping and traveling to destinations like Laguna Beach and Venice Beach, California. She looks forward to seeing her children grow up to be successful adults.
A lifelong resident of Harford County, MD, Jeff lives in Forest Hill. His extensive credentials include IICRC certification in water damage restoration, certification as an EPA Lead-Safe Renovator, certification in Advanced Xactimate & Pricing.
Jeff’s most rewarding job was restoring a home in Havre de Grace that was badly damaged by fire and making dramatic renovations that pleased the homeowner. He also prides himself on his ability to explain the intricacies of insurance to his customers and on keeping them informed throughout the project.
Jeff’s favorite activities are playing golf, watching college basketball, and coaching his daughter’s sports teams. Having visited Ireland, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Sanibel Island, he hopes one day to take a two-month road trip across the U.S.A.
Born in Germany, Jim today resides in Halethorpe, MD. A recent hire, he brings 22 years of construction experience to Strong Wall.
Jim’s credentials are unique. Besides his construction background, he’s also a US Army Medic, and a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician.
In his spare time, Jim enjoys billiards. His favorite travel destination is Puerto Rico, and he hopes to visit Australia someday.
A resident of Bel Air, MD, Elyssa Simon brings a fresh marketing perspective to Strong Wall. Her credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Marketing and certification in Microsoft Office and Google Adwords.
Elyssa prides herself on her versatility. Along with branding and marketing, the team relies on her for creative, organizational and accounting skills, plus IT support.
Elyssa enjoys snowboarding and working out at Orange Theory Fitness. She has visited Venice, Italy and dreams of someday being able to snowboard in the Swiss Alps.
A resident of Bel Air, MD, Anthony has six years’ experience in construction. His professional credentials include OSHA 10 and WRT certification. He’s currently working toward his associate degree in construction management.
Andrew’s goal is to make his customers happy by providing the best possible service. His favorite project is taking on the challenge of a new kitchen: the focal point of the home and the source of much joy for his customers.
Andrew enjoys soccer, hiking and biking. An avid traveler, he has visited the Cayman Islands and hopes one day to see Alaska.
Eric Long lives in Pasadena, MD. He has been working with Strong Wall from Day One.
His strongest credential is his experience: 20 years in the construction business. And he brings that expertise to every job.
Eric’s hobbies include boating and golfing. He describes New Orleans as the favorite place he’s ever visited. One day, he hopes to take a golf trip to Ireland.
