Michael Phelps is a seasoned Construction Manager with over 45 years of experience in the new home construction industry. A Pasadena native, Michael brings a deep understanding of custom home building and a proven ability to solve complex construction challenges, making him a valuable asset to the Strong Wall team.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys fishing and spending time in his favorite destination, the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He appreciates the friendly, team-oriented atmosphere at Strong Wall and looks forward to one day visiting Yellowstone National Park.
Chris Burke is a dedicated Project Manager and Estimator with 14 years of experience in residential construction. Based in Baltimore and originally from Fanwood, New Jersey, Chris brings a strong background in both restoration and renovation, having worked across a wide range of projects varying in size and complexity.
Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, following his favorite sports teams, and spending time with his wife and two dogs. He also looks forward to traveling more, with plans to fish throughout the Caribbean and South America.
Hailey Marcionette, a resident of White Marsh with roots in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania, brings her expertise in real estate and construction to Strong Wall as our Office Manager. She started in the industry in 2021, gaining experience in roles at a new home builder in PA and a property management company.
Hailey aims to leverage her organizational and management skills to streamline office operations while using her personal strengths to contribute to company growth. She cherishes Strong Wall’s welcoming environment, describing the atmosphere as a “breath of fresh air.”
When she’s not in the office, Hailey enjoys hiking with her dog named Fish and making just about anything from food to artwork. Her adventurous spirit has taken her to Yellowstone National Park, and she hopes to one day visit Tasmania, Australia.
Her drink of choice? Grandma’s sweet tea.
A current resident of Ellicott City but originally hailing from Catonsville, Paul Alagna boasts an impressive career that spans 38 years in construction and 11 years in insurance restoration. His education and certifications include comprehensive OSHA training, construction management focusing on planning and scheduling, and Microsoft Projects.
With his eye for detail and industry experience, Paul plans to contribute to the company’s growth as a Project Coordinator, ensuring comprehensive estimates reflect projects’ true scopes. He particularly values Strong Wall’s welcoming atmosphere, structured processes, and the refreshing absence of egos.
Paul is an avid sports fan and golf player, rooting for the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles, and dreams of one day witnessing the Masters in person. He’s traveled to Jamaica and hopes to vacation in Italy eventually. After a rewarding day, he relaxes with a well-deserved bourbon and coke.
Heather Hudson, a lifelong Pasadena, MD resident, is Strong Wall’s Marketing Coordinator. With a degree in mass communication from Towson University, she brings a fresh perspective to the construction industry. Her strategic thinking has helped showcase Strong Wall’s image and cultivate strong community relationships.
Heather’s role extends beyond traditional marketing. Whether planning happy hours, supporting outings, or building connections, she helps foster an exciting and positive environment. This fun culture and welcoming atmosphere is also one of her favorite things about Strong Wall.
Outside of work, Heather is an outdoor and fitness enthusiast, enjoying everything from hiking and camping to her weekly yoga and pilates classes. She loves a Starbucks iced vanilla latte to start the day and a glass of cabernet to relax. Her adventurous spirit has led her to Santorini, Greece, and she hopes it’ll take her to Thailand or to see the Northern Lights.

Josh currently resides in Timonium but is originally from Middle River, MD. He brings an impressive 27 years of industry experience to Strong Wall, serving as our Construction Manager. He is a certified Lead Paint Supervisor, Asbestos Supervisor, and holds a Water Tech 1 Certification. He appreciates his friendly coworkers and continuously contributes to Strong Wall’s growth.
When he’s not leading construction projects, Joshua coaches recreational football and baseball and goes hiking and fishing with his dogs. He’s been to the Caribbean Islands and hopes to one day attend a Saturday night football game at Rocky Top in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Eric Trexler, a resident of Fallston, MD, originally from Greensburg, PA, is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as the Production Manager at Strong Wall Construction, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous role with a regional home builder.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Slippery Rock University and various certifications, including first aid and CPR, a 10-hour OSHA certification, and erosion and sediment control certification.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys ATV riding, hunting, fishing, and sweet iced tea. His favorite travel destination is Saint Lucia, and he hopes to spend a summer in Alaska one day.

Mike DiNatale, is a fantastic addition to our production crew. Mike uses open communication and problem-solving techniques to give his homeowners a smooth experience. Customers who are struggling with the stress of remodeling their homes benefit from his approachable demeanor. Mike likes hanging out with his dog, snowboarding, golfing, surfing, and going crabbing with his dad. He hopes to snowboard in Alaska one day, fulfilling a lifelong dream.
Mark, a current resident of Harford County, Maryland, joined the Strong Wall team in October 2022. He has prior experience in new build home restoration and as an HVAC technician. His certifications include Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) and Odor Control Technician (OCT). He plans on being a knowledgeable and reliable resource for homeowners throughout their restoration projects. Mark says, “I like to be a sense of comfort for those that require direction through the insurance process.” When he’s not in the office, Mark enjoys smoking meat, playing racquetball, pickleball, and enjoying time with his wife and three kids. He hopes to buy an RV and travel the U.S. someday!
Originally from Richmond, VA, Rob Schini lives in Forest Hill, MD. He brings more than 17 years of experience, plus IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, SMT) and a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Rob’s is most proud of remodeling a fire-damaged home so that the couple who had lived there for 52 years could return to it, and creating a wall of windows for an Annapolis home, offering a stunning view of the Chesapeake Bay.
Rob enjoys golf and auto racing. His favorite places to travel include New England in the autumn, especially Newport, RI. He hopes one day to visit Italy.
A resident of Pasadena, MD, David has more than 20 years’ experience in insurance restoration and construction. His credentials include a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury State University. David is IICRC-certified in WTR, AMR and FSR; an AMA-certified asbestos inspector; a lead renovator and a Public Adjuster for the state of Maryland.
David takes particular pride in working on remodels, rebuilds and restoration projects. He finds satisfaction in helping homeowners through the rebuilding period and earning their satisfaction with the finished job.
David enjoys golf, coaching and watching his daughters’ sports teams and dining at good restaurants. He hopes that one day, he’ll be able to golf at Augusta National.
A lifelong resident of Crofton, MD, Kevin brings a wide range of experience to Strong Wall, including estimating, home remodeling and aircraft maintenance.
Kevin’s credentials include a bachelor’s degree in business administration and his service as an NCO in the U.S. Marine Corps. His favorite projects are those that require a mix of restoration, customization and improvements, and he prides himself on delivering results above and beyond the expected.
Kevin enjoys fishing, boating, woodworking and working on classic cars. He has visited Copenhagen, Denmark, and hopes one day to take a European river cruise.
A lifelong resident of Harford County, MD, Jeff lives in Forest Hill. His extensive credentials include an IICRC certification in water damage restoration, certification as an EPA Lead-Safe Renovator, Advanced Xactimate & Pricing certification, OSHA-30, HAAG Residential Roofing Certification, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Odor Control Technician (OCT).
Jeff’s most rewarding job was restoring a home in Havre de Grace that was badly damaged by fire and making dramatic renovations that pleased the homeowner. He also prides himself on his ability to explain the intricacies of insurance to his customers and on keeping them informed throughout the project.
Jeff’s favorite activities are playing golf, watching college basketball, and coaching his daughter’s sports teams. Having visited Ireland, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Sanibel Island, he hopes one day to take a two-month road trip across the U.S.A.
Born in Germany, Jim today resides in Halethorpe, MD. A recent hire, he brings 22 years of construction experience to Strong Wall.
Jim’s credentials are unique. Besides his construction background, he’s also a US Army Medic, and a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician.
In his spare time, Jim enjoys billiards. His favorite travel destination is Puerto Rico, and he hopes to visit Australia someday.
A resident of Bel Air, MD, Anthony has six years’ experience in construction. His professional credentials include OSHA 10, WRT, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Odor Control Technician (OCT).and a HAAG certified inspector certification. He’s currently working toward his associate degree in construction management.
Andrew’s goal is to make his customers happy by providing the best possible service. His favorite project is taking on the challenge of a new kitchen: the focal point of the home and the source of much joy for his customers.
Andrew enjoys soccer, hiking and biking. An avid traveler, he has visited the Cayman Islands and hopes one day to see Alaska.
