Compensation: Based on experience (starting at $70,000+, with additional commission and bonus opportunities)
As a Senior Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in evaluating property damage and preparing detailed project estimates. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive accurate, timely, and comprehensive restoration plans.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct onsite inspections of residential and commercial properties.
- Develop detailed estimates using Xactimate software, including scope, line items, and photo documentation.
- Work closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to obtain agreements.
- Meet service standards set by both the client and Strong Wall Construction.
- Communicate and document any change orders or supplemental claims.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with adjusters, brokers, and other partners.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in insurance restoration estimating.
- Proficiency in Xactimate software is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 annually
The Construction Manager oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to budget and timelines. Your leadership will guide teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop cost-effective buildout plans using CRM tools and scheduling software.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors to meet project timelines.
- Manage project permits and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and company leadership.
- Maintain quality assurance throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction management.
- Ability to read blueprints and manage budgets effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Compensation: $70,000+ annually, plus commission and bonuses
The Estimator / Project Manager is responsible for evaluating restoration projects, negotiating with clients and insurance adjusters, and ensuring all workflows run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct field inspections and develop estimates using Xactimate.
- Work closely with clients to review budgets, contracts, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the construction team to manage workflows, change orders, and schedules.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and insurance representatives.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of construction estimating experience required.

- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
