Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to establish and nurture relationships with insurance agencies, adjusters, plumbers and other industry partners. This role is crucial in expanding our network, increasing referrals, and driving revenue growth by positioning our restoration services as the preferred choice for insurance professionals. The business development manager has the flexibility to work in-office, hybrid, or have a remote working arrangement with an in-house administrative team to support you. A qualified applicant will reside within 30 miles of our office location. A healthy work/life balance is important to us! Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, and adjusters to generate consistent referrals. In addition, establish relationships with peripheral partners within the restoration industry to combine efforts for successful projects.
  • Sales & Outreach: Identify potential insurance affiliates, schedule meetings, and present our services to showcase our value proposition.
  • Networking & Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand awareness and build partnerships.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary liaison between insurance agencies and our company, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials, presentations, and campaigns tailored to insurance professionals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze referral data, sales trends, and relationship effectiveness to refine business development strategies.
  • Education & Training: Provide informational sessions and workshops to insurance agencies about our restoration services and claims processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience
  • Sales experience in a construction/restoration related field is required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively and positively with others
  • Effective communication and good negotiation skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Diligent record keeping of meetings, contacts, etc. within our proprietary CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle

Compensation: Based on experience (starting at $70,000+, with additional commission and bonus opportunities) 

As a Senior Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in evaluating property damage and preparing detailed project estimates. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive accurate, timely, and comprehensive restoration plans. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct onsite inspections of residential and commercial properties. 
  • Develop detailed estimates using Xactimate software, including scope, line items, and photo documentation. 
  • Work closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to obtain agreements. 
  • Meet service standards set by both the client and Strong Wall Construction. 
  • Communicate and document any change orders or supplemental claims. 
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with adjusters, brokers, and other partners. 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in insurance restoration estimating. 
  • Proficiency in Xactimate software is required. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines. 
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality results. 

Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 annually 

The Construction Manager oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to budget and timelines. Your leadership will guide teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop cost-effective buildout plans using CRM tools and scheduling software. 
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors to meet project timelines. 
  • Manage project permits and compliance with local regulations. 
  • Provide regular progress updates to clients and company leadership. 
  • Maintain quality assurance throughout all phases of construction. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction management. 
  • Ability to read blueprints and manage budgets effectively. 
  • Strong communication and leadership skills. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools. 

Compensation: $70,000+ annually, plus commission and bonuses 

The Estimator / Project Manager is responsible for evaluating restoration projects, negotiating with clients and insurance adjusters, and ensuring all workflows run smoothly. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct field inspections and develop estimates using Xactimate. 
  • Work closely with clients to review budgets, contracts, and timelines. 
  • Collaborate with the construction team to manage workflows, change orders, and schedules. 
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and insurance representatives. 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of construction estimating experience required. 
  • Proficiency in Xactimate software is essential. 
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
